Administrator

Admin has the central control over whole application.
Admin manages all the master entries, all the transactions with supplier and customers.
Admin can maintain ledger of factory.
Admin can add general ledger information like name, address, city, phone, email, account number, VAT Tin no, etc.
Admin can edit old ledgers and can delete them too.
Admin have the facility to view all ledger export them to excel sheet.
Admin can add details of supplier can maintain their records, edit them, delete and export that supplier list to excel.
Admin have the facility to add factory products. It includes – adding goods description, size of product, units for the quantity of product.
Facility to maintain units and their values.
Facility to generate challan number.
Create DC Chalan, add multiple products according to their appropriate size, ply, boxes, rate, quantity, unit.
DC chalan requires the information of customer, number of vehicle by which product is supplied, weight of boxes, through whom it supplied.
Admin have the facility to delete, edit old DC chalan.
Admin can create sale bill. It includes bill number, bill date, customer name, dispatch to address, chalan number, transporter, LL/RR no, agent, document, purchase order number etc.
Admin can edit sale bill & delete them too. Admin can view list of all bills and can print them too.
Admin can view following reports:
Sale registration report – In this report we will get all the sale bills. Admin can get total trade discount, special discount, VAT, CST, round off, grand total.
Party wise sales report – In this report admin can view party wise i.e. customer name wise reports which includes total trade discount, special discount, VAT, CST, round off, and grand total.
Product wise sales report – In this report admin can view product wise product wise reports. Admin will get quantity , rate and total amount of that product.
List Of Best Selling Products – In this report we get the list of all best selling products in between two dates.
List Of Low Selling Products – In this report we get list of all low selling products. We can search them in between two dates also.
Admin can print sales bill by year, sales type, bill number wise.
Admin can print DC chalan by year, bill type, DC number.
Admin can view payment details year wise, date wise, party name wise, vat number wise.
After database backup we can see backup of database too.
